All items are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be made. Orders will be shipped on the 6th business day. Processing times may vary depending on demand and product availability.

Once your order has been shipped, Bespoke by io is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, lost parcels, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of my products, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Every item is carefully inspected before being sent to ensure it meets my quality standards.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
